You’ll see a message explaining the limit and a link to upgrade. For example, if you’ve used all 60 journal entries in a month, the “New Entry” button shows an upgrade notice.

Yes. Journal entry counts and AI scan counts reset on the first of each calendar month.

Not currently. However, the Starter plan gives you full access to core bookkeeping features so you can evaluate LedgerBuk before committing to a paid plan.

Only the organization owner can upgrade, downgrade, or manage billing. Other team members can view the current plan but cannot make changes.
