Team Activity
The Activity page provides a complete audit trail of every action taken in your organization. Use it to track who did what and when.
Accessing the Activity Feed
Section titled “Accessing the Activity Feed”Click Activity in the sidebar navigation. The page shows a chronological feed of events grouped by date.
What Gets Tracked
Section titled “What Gets Tracked”Every meaningful action creates an audit entry:

| Fiscal Periods | Period closed, period lock reversed |
| Team | Member invited, invitation accepted, role changed, member deactivated |
| Organization | Settings updated, logo uploaded |
| Chart of Accounts | Account created, account updated, account deactivated |
| Profiles | Profile updated, avatar uploaded |
Each event shows who performed the action, what they did, and when it happened.
Filtering Events
Section titled “Filtering Events”Use the filter bar at the top to narrow results:

| Action Type | Filter by event category (Entries, Periods, Members, etc.) |
| Team Member | Filter by who performed the action |
| Date From | Show events from a specific date onward |
| Date To | Show events up to a specific date |
Clearing Filters
Section titled “Clearing Filters”Click Clear all filters to reset to the default view showing all events.
Understanding the Feed
Section titled “Understanding the Feed”Events are grouped by date with headers like TODAY, YESTERDAY, or the specific date (e.g., MAR 1, 2026).
Each event row shows:
- Actor — Who performed the action (initials avatar + name)
- Action — What happened (e.g., “posted journal entry JE-0005”)
- Detail — Additional context (e.g., account names, amounts)
- Time — When the action occurred
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”If your organization has many events, the feed is paginated. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
Who Can View Activity
Section titled “Who Can View Activity”All team members (owners, admins, and members) can view the activity feed. There are no role restrictions for viewing the audit trail.
